Rowlett residents are invited to join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for National Night Out. This year we will participate in a pilot program, unique to the state of Texas, with National Night Out being held on the first Tuesday in October. Join the Police and Fire personnel and the City Council at the Waterview HOA Community Center at 7801 Kings Court. Or, simply lock your doors, turn on your porch lights, and spend the evening outside with your neighbors from 7 to 10 p.m. It's a great way to show criminals your neighborhood is united against them and to raise awareness of drug and crime prevention. If you would like a Rowlett Police Officer to come by your event or want to learn more about organizing your neighborhood to participate, please contact Officer Miller.
