2. Click on Online-Services, then select the Water Bill Payment button. |

3. Type in your account number as it appears on your statement (include dash) |

4. Click create pin to set up login |

5. Re-enter account number and cycle/route number as it appears on your statement |

6. Click—Submit |
|
7. Once all information is submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail |

8. Click on the link in the email, or you may cut and paste the address to your internet browser. This will take you back to our site to make your payment. (Please note: a $2.50 per transaction credit card processing fee will be added to your payment; also, if you are having trouble setting up your account or would like an account set up on your behalf, call our office at 972-412-6105.) |

1. Complete bank draft application, then attach a voided check (no deposit slips). |

2. Submit completed form to Business Office at 4004 Main Street or mail to P.O. Box 99, Rowlett, TX 75088 |

NOTE: Bank drafting may take up to 60 days to become active. Once your account is set up for automatic bank draft, the bank requires a test transaction to verify that the account information has been specified correctly. |
