Bid Requirements

Sealed competitive bidding limits begin at $25,000 according to Texas Local Government Code 252.021. All purchases between the range of $3,000.00 to $24,999.99 require a minimum of three written quotes. At least two of the contacts solicited for quotations must be from the vendors on the Texas Building & Procurement Commission Listings for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB’s).
