Water Conservation Plans

Update: Heavy, consistent rainfall have returned area lakes to full capacity, allowing the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) to lift mandatory water restrictions for the region, including Rowlett. You may now water as often as needed, but we encourage all residents to continue to practice water conservation.
