Identity Theft is one of the fastest growing offenses in our state.  If you are a victim of Identity Theft, would like to reduce your exposure to Identity theft, or just wish to see more information on this issue you might like to visit the state attorney generals website at www.texasfightsidtheft.gov

Below are some steps to take in order to report a case of identity theft to the Rowlett Police Department.
  • Bring in all types of supporting documentation as to why you believe you are a victim of identity theft.
  • Copies of debt collection letters, credit reports, and a notarized ID Theft Affidavit
  • Any bank and/or credit card statements showing the unauthorized activity on the account.
