2008 Annual Membership Fees:

Annual Memberships proved access to the Rowlett Community Centre. This low cost fee may be paid all at once or ask about easy monthly installments via Mastercard or Visa through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for a minimal fee.

Membership Policy

Use of the Rowlett Community Centre is now available for Rowlett residents and non-residents.  Membership fees are based on the address where you reside. Membership is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.  Rowlett residents may receive the resident membership rate by presenting two (2) forms of identification establishing Rowlett residency. 

Valid membership cards must be presented at the front lobby control desk each time you visit the facility. A $5 daily drop-in fee will be assessed when the membership card is not presented. Guests 16 years and younger must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian on file before being issued a membership card. Rowlett Community Centre is not responsible for left, lost or stolen cards. A $5 replacement card must be purchased. All RCC members must present a valid membership card to use the facility.

Customer Care

The Rowlett Community Centre strives to provide quality customer care to all members, guests and patrons.  We continually strive to meet your recreation needs and exceed your expectations.

The Community Centre has a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy for programs and services.  If a patron or guest is unhappy, we will do our best to resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction by one of the following ways:
  • Providing a voucher
  • Issuing a refund.
Refunds are not granted for changes in personal schedules after a class or program has begun.

 

RCC Management reserves the right to review all requests for refunds. RCC Staff and Management will work to ensure your satisfaction in our programs and events.  RCC staff will be empowered to make the necessary decisions to address customer care needs.

Fitness Room

The Rowlett Community Centre features a 2,500 sq. ft. fitness room.  This room is designed to provide members with a total body workout.  Equipment includes free weights, upper and lower body weight machines, multifunctional equipment, treadmills, ellipticals and upright and recumbent bikes.  The Fitness Room is available only to members and their guests 16 years and older. Youth ages 14 – 15 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.  

 

Gymnasiums

Rowlett Community Centre has 2 full-sized basketball courts available for use during regular business hours. Open-play schedules will be posted at Rowlett Community Centre front desk. 

 

Racquetball Courts

The Community Centre has two racquetball courts. Reservations may be made up to 3 days in advance.  Patrons may obtain guaranteed court time by paying a $5/court reservation fee.   Non-Reserved court time will be made available on a first come, first served basis. Members using the courts must be 16 years or older.  Children ages 7 to 15 years of age may use the court when accompanied by a person 16 years or older. Courts may be reserved for one (1) hour intervals.  Reservations begin on the hour.  Reservation may be forfeited at 10 minutes past the hour. Racquets, racquetballs and protective eyewear are available for rental.
