So I have a warrant out for my arrest. I've heard I can't be arrested at work, at night, on a Sunday, or on a holiday. Is any of that true? No. There are many myths surrounding the service of Municipal Court Warrants, most of them entirely false and groundless. If you have a warrant for your arrest, you CAN be arrested at your place of business, you CAN be arrested on Sunday, and you CAN be arrested on a Holiday or at night. If you have a warrant out for your arrest, contact the Court immediately.
