The City of Rowlett may consider providing one or a combination of any of the following economic development incentives:
-Tax Abatement
-Fee Waivers
-Infrastructure Improvements
-Loans and Grants
-Fast Track City Services
These incentives will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis so that the total incentive package is designed to provide maximum flexibility and accommodate the unique needs of each project.
