-New Residential Buildings: $800 plus $0.10 Per SF
-Re-Inspection Fee $ 50.00

All buildings that exceed 5,000 square feet require a fire sprinkler systems. Please check with the Building Inspection Office for current amendments.
Inspection Hours:
Office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Inspectors are normally in the office 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All inspection requests must be called in by 6:30 a.m. in order to have an inspection that same business day. All inspections requested after 6:30 a.m. will be made the following business day. The inspection request line number is (972) 412-6137 and is available 24 hours a day. To cancel inspections, call the office after 7:00 a.m. at (972) 412-6125.
